Ricciarelli ghiotti


Ricciarelli are the rich dessert of the Sienese tradition, in ancient times dedicated to high-ranking families, based on egg whites, almonds and sugar.

Our “ricciarelli ghiotti” have a delicate taste of sweet almond and a very light note of bitter almond, which delicately dampens the sweetness of the icing sugar. They are enriched by the unique and unmistakable flavor of pure chocolate.

They are entirely handmade and this adds a unique and different flavor to each single ricciarello.

Our experience has led us to make them slightly more golden, so as to bring fragrance and crunchiness to the palate, bite after bite.
