Panforte, a typical dessert of the Sienese tradition, is a combination of candied fruit, white flour, toasted almonds and sugar.

The taste is very sweet, the texture soft but at the same time crunchy thanks to the presence of toasted almonds.

The panforte is accompanied, as well as at the end of the meal with Vinsanto, also with aged pecorino cheese as an aperitif.

almonds, sugar, candied citron (glucose-fructose syrup from wheat, sucrose, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202, sulfur dioxide: E220 as residue), candied orange, flour 00, spices (cinnamon, cloves, walnut muscat, allspice, star anise, coriander), vanilla flavor
